Robert J. Foster, Esq., will present Indemnification Clauses: Risks vs. Rewards on Wednesday, November 4, 2015 from 12:55-1:55 PM. In his presentation, Mr. Foster will provide an overview of the advantages and limits of indemnification clauses; will discuss workers compensation insurance avoidance scams, protecting the corporate veil, faux independent contractors, and mismatched insurance coverage; and will review other scenarios where standard “money saving” advice led to bankruptcy.

Robert W. Small, Esq., will present Essentials of Effective Workplace Discipline on Thursday November 5, 2015 from 10:00-11:00 AM. During his advanced-level presentation, Mr. Small will focus on the importance of well-conceived workplace policies every employer should utilize in order to avoid wrongful discharge and discrimination claims.

James L. Griffith, Jr., Esq., will present Reducing and Eliminating Exposure to Cyber-Liability on Thursday November 5, 2015 from 12:55-1:55 PM.
