In his program, Mr. Needleman will discuss the ways in which the Federal Court system works, and the reasons why. He will discuss the Rules of Civil Procedure and how they work and interact with other rules, cases, and statutes, and will discuss the Rules of Evidence, and how they work and interact with other rules, cases and statutes. Mr. Needleman will also focus on what everyone needs to know about pleadings, depositions and trials in federal court, and will briefly review some ethical considerations in the context of our larger discussion.

This program is designed for any lawyer who practices in Federal Court, but is ideal for lawyers less experienced in Federal Court.  It is designed to take away some of the anxiety involved in practicing in federal court.
