Join Harris J. Chernow, Chair of Reger Rizzo & Darnall’s Franchise & Distribution Practice Group, as he presents Death by Dangled Carrot: Litigating Financial Performance Representations at the International Franchise Association’s 49th Annual Legal Symposium in Washington, D.C.  

Topics to be discussed during the presentation include: amended FTC rule and state statutes; typical FPRs and violations; strategies for proving FPR violations; and strategies for defending FPR violations. During the presentation, Mr. Chernow will be joined by esteemed members of the Franchise Industry including Earsa Jackson and Michael Einbinder.
