Mr. Moore is a 1980 honors graduate from the law school at the Catholic University of America. As a student, he won the Miller and Sutherland Cups in oral advocacy and served as Vice Chancellor of the Moot Court. He earned his undergraduate and graduate degrees in Philosophy as a Basselin Fellow, graduating summa cum laude from the Catholic University. He is a former Vice-Chairman of Semmes, Bowen & Semmes. His trial experience includes representation of physicians, hospitals, attorneys and other professionals in malpractice actions, employers in labor and discharge matters, manufacturers and distributors in product actions and corporate and individual defendants in negligence and intentional tort cases. He has extensive appellate experience and has appeared in State and Federal Courts of Appeal over 30 times. Mr. Moore is married and keeps busy following the activities of his five children.
