Needleman, Partner in Reger Rizzo & Darnall’s Litigation and Insurance Practices Groups, as he presents Current Laws Update & Bad Faith Trends, as part of the National Business Institute’s full-day seminar on Bad Faith Insurance Claims in New Jersey, on Tuesday, December 17th in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. The program will provide attendees with the cutting-edge knowledge and concrete skills needed in order to avoid traps and reach a successful resolution in their next bad faith case. 

In his program, Mr. Needleman will discuss bad faith and differing standards in different venues, will provide a legislative overview, will discuss new developments in bad faith case law, will examine insurer duties and state insurance fair practices, and will discuss current bad faith claim trends. 

This basic-to-intermediate level seminar is designed to insurance claim professionals, risk managers, insurance agents, and attorneys and paralegals involved in insurance disputes so they can avoid bad faith claims or successfully tackle them in court. The course has been approved for 7.2 hours of New Jersey Continuing Legal Education Credits; 7.0 hours of New York Continuing Legal Education Credits; and 6.0 hours of Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Credits.
