Ms. Bucceroni will join with several other leaders in the immigration arena to present, Consular Processing: When Things Go Wrong on Friday June 21st.
The seminar will discuss how to successfully prepare clients for consular processing, as well as tips for hot to effectively communicate with the consulate. The presentation will also feature a discussion on how to get a second look at denials, consular non-reviewability, and revocations of I-601As, which frequently result from public charge and smuggling grounds of inadmissibility.
Additional topics to be discussed, include: medical exam issues, including drug and alcohol use and tattoo analysis; how to prepare your clients for a successful interview; how to properly handle I-864 issues by understanding the weight consular officers give to financial documents; how to communicate with the consulate through LegalNet; and what to do when your client’s I-601A is revoked, including how to refile the hardship waiver, and how to advise your client of the processing times for a new adjudication.
