Foster, Partner in Reger Rizzo & Darnall’s Litigation and Insurance Practices Group, will serve as moderator during the 2019 Civil Court Judicial Forum, presented in conjunction with the National Business Institute on Tuesday April 12, 2019. The program will feature a panel of distinguished judges, including The Honorable Thomas P. Rogers, The Honorable Gary B. Gilman, The Honorable James M. McMaster and the Honorable Jeffrey S. Saltz.
The full-day program will feature insightful discussions that will aid in guiding litigation efforts by putting you face to face with the judges where you can ask the decision-makers crucial questions on best discovery and trial practices, while gaining insight into specific judges' opinions and preferences, and tips on how to prevent common mistakes.
The program is designed for the intermediate-to-advanced level attendees, and is designed for civil litigation attorneys.
