Robert J. Foster, Partner in Reger Rizzo & Darnall’s Insurance and Litigation groups, will joins with fellow leaders in the legal industry to present Anatomy and Physiology 101 for Attorneys in conjunction with the National Business Institute on Friday, July 27, 2018. 

The full-day program will provide attendees with added insight into how they can successfully research injury claims, and will focus on the specific body parts that bring the highest number of injury claims each year. The presenters will examine common injuries plaintiffs sustain, what to look for in medical records and diagnostic testing results, and will explore the common treatment options. The seminar will provide attendees with information they will need to know regarding IME's, will offer answers from medical professionals, will provide the fundamentals needed in order to gain a better understanding of common injuries sustained, will examine how injuries are designated as "new injury" vs. "recurrence" vs. "aggravation of injury," and much more! 

This basic-to-intermediate level course is designed for personal injury, insurance, workers' compensation, and/or disability attorneys, as well as other legal professionals who would like a better understanding of their cases’ medical aspects, including insurance professional, workers' compensation managers and human resource managers. The program has been approved for 7.20 hours of New Jersey Continuing Legal Education Credit; 7.00 Hours of New York Continuing Legal Education Credit; and 6.00 hours of Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Credit.
