The seminar will go beyond the basics of establishing and operating an LLC and will dig deeper into some of the more complex issues owners and managers of LLCs often face. Attendees will learn how to help clients make intelligent tax-planning choices and will be able to guide them with informed advice.
This advanced level program is designed for attorneys and corporate counsel who are involved with business, corporate, real estate, tax and estate planning matters, as well as accountants, CPAs, CFOs, enrolled agents and business lenders.
