Adam M. Smith, Partner in the Firm’s Philadelphia office, concentrates his practice in real estate litigation and insurance coverage.  

Throughout his career, Mr. Smith has successfully represented real estate agents and brokers in hundreds of professional negligence claims in Philadelphia and surrounding counties.  Mr. Smith has also successfully tried numerous jury and non-jury cases in this unique practice area.
