Michael J. Needleman, Partner in Reger Rizzo & Darnall’s Litigation and Insurance Practices Groups, will join an esteemed panel of colleagues to present the 2019 Civil Trial Seminar, hosted by the New Jersey Defense Association on Friday, December 13, 2019 in Newark, NJ.
The half-day program will include four separate presentations covering a wide range of topics, including Social Media Circus; Trial Technology for the Defense; Rule 1:40 Arbitration and Mediation: It Ain’t Great, but it Doesn’t Have to be Terrible; and Ethics in the Civil Trial Context. The programs will offer 4.0 hours of Continuing Legal Education Credits for those in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania, including 1.0 hour of ethics credit.
