we provide the ongoing maintenance of the registration and enforce our
clients' rights through cease and desist letters and if necessary, litigation.
Our attorneys have experience in litigating matters under the Uniform Theft of Trade Secrets Act. Our practice also includes registration appeals and opposition and
cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
Similarly, we provide clearance and registration services for our clients'
creative works and maintain and enforce their copyrights against infringers.
