“All cases are the same, that’s what too many people think today. All cases are NOT the same, and many times they require a fresh new look, so an optimal result can be reached for the client. That is what I try to do in every new case. Discuss the details and circumstances of each new matter with the client, and together formulate a strategy that will yield the best possible outcome. This requires different and sometimes very unique approaches to what may otherwise appear to be a typical matter. Attorney client teamwork.”
